1. Product Introduction

Developed by Wenzhou Yueda Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd., the YDLM1300B is an all-in-one high-end production equipment. It is specially designed for industrial manufacturing of gold & silver cardboard, aluminized transfer paper, laser holographic base materials and other premium packaging materials.

This machine integrates wet lamination, film peeling, back coating, drying and rewinding into one complete production line. It is widely used to produce packaging substrates for tobacco, wine, cosmetics, luxury gifts and other industries.

2. Core Functions & Working Principle

Core Functions

  • Lamination: Realize wet lamination between base paper and printing film, aluminum foil, aluminized film via water-based adhesive for firm bonding.

  • Peeling: Precisely separate carrier film from composite materials to keep the transfer layer intact.

  • Back Coating: Apply primer on the material backside to improve printability and surface flatness.

  • Drying & Shaping: Adopt dual drying tunnels with multi-stage temperature control to cure adhesive and dry coating thoroughly, delivering wrinkle and bubble-free finished products.

Working Principle

The machine processes materials in continuous roll-to-roll mode. Raw paper rolls and various film materials are unwound synchronously, then go through gluing and lamination procedures. After drying in tunnels, the carrier film is peeled off. The materials will then receive back coating treatment, followed by cooling and final rewinding. The finished rolls are ready for subsequent printing and die-cutting.
