Plan the site around the confirmed laminating line

Installation planning should begin with the supplier's approved layout and the exact equipment configuration, not a generic laminator footprint. The space needed to operate, replenish materials and service a line can be different from the machine dimensions alone.

Yueda's ZNFH1300 / ZNFH1400 / ZNFH1500 water glue lamination machines are described with unwinding, gluing, coating, drying and rewinding processes. Confirm which units, utilities and accessories are included in your quotation before preparing the workshop. Do not assume that cutting equipment is included in a roll-to-roll arrangement.

Request a site preparation package

• A layout identifying equipment units, material travel and service access.

• Shipping dimensions, component weights and the supplier's handling instructions.

• Confirmed electrical and other utility requirements for the supplied configuration.

• Any foundation, anchoring, ventilation or environmental requirements specified for the installation.

• The installation responsibilities, commissioning scope and documentation included in the order.

Have qualified site specialists assess the proposed location using these documents. A website article cannot determine the floor capacity, electrical protection, ventilation design or installation clearances for your building.

Map material movement as well as machine placement

Include the receiving route, access openings, roll storage, loading area and finished-roll movement in the plan. Review the space needed for the handling equipment you will actually use. Show pedestrian routes and access to relevant equipment controls without treating working aisles as spare storage.

Consider where substrates and adhesive will be stored and prepared, how material changes will be supplied and where finished laminate will go next. If a separate slitting or sheeting process is planned, identify the transfer between processes rather than presenting them as one unverified integrated line.

Confirm utilities and adhesive requirements

Use the supplier's electrical documentation and the selected adhesive's technical and safety information. Water-based does not mean that ventilation, drying, storage or waste handling can be ignored. Review the actual adhesive, substrate structure and drying process with the responsible specialists.

Do not use generic online values for voltage, cable size, air pressure, floor loading, drying temperature or exhaust requirements. Record the confirmed values in the project documents, along with who will provide each connection and who will verify readiness.

Define commissioning and acceptance before delivery

Agree who will supervise installation, what site preparation must be finished and what representative materials are needed for commissioning. Set out how operator training, documentation handover and unresolved issues will be recorded.

For the material trial, define the substrate and adhesive combination, required output format and assessment method. Review layer alignment, coating and finished-laminate quality using agreed criteria. Before you approve the installation plan

• Confirm that the drawing matches the ordered model and included process units.

• Resolve delivery access, handling arrangements and service space.

• Assign responsibility for site utilities, installation and readiness checks.

• Document trial materials, acceptance criteria and handover requirements.

• List remaining questions instead of treating an unconfirmed item as standard supply.
