A shaftless positioning sheeter is considered for paper and board jobs that need specified sheet dimensions and a defined relationship between the material and the cut. Yueda lists the YD1300 and YD1400 with shaftless roll handling for packaging paper and board. Here, shaftless describes the roll-handling arrangement; it does not mean the whole machine has no mechanical shafts or establish a particular drive architecture.
For an unprinted fixed-length job, state the required sheet dimensions, material grade, grammage and acceptance tolerance. The YD1300 / YD1400 specification table lists sheeting lengths of 400–1200 mm for both models. Listed roll widths are 700–1200 mm for YD1300 and 700–1300 mm for YD1400.
Check the smallest and largest intended formats against the full model specification. A single acceptable sheet length is not enough to confirm that the roll, material and output-handling requirements also fit.
When the cut must follow a printed reference, supply an actual sample showing the mark, repeat and required cut position. Distinguish print-to-cut registration from simply maintaining a preset sheet length. Ask Yueda which sensing and control configuration is proposed for the particular job.
The product name alone does not establish that all registration options are included. Agree a representative trial and a measurement method before accepting a performance commitment. The shaftless sheeter acceptance checklist provides questions to prepare.
For board intended for later printing or packaging conversion, describe the next process and its sheet-quality requirements. Review dimensions, squareness, edge condition and stacking together. Confirm whether the actual surface treatment or laminate structure needs a separate material trial.
The reviewed product information concerns paper and board. It does not establish suitability for film, foil, nonwoven or every composite material. Avoid treating general sheeter applications as confirmed capabilities of the ordered model.
Provide incoming roll width, diameter, core details and weight. The table lists a maximum sheet-roll diameter of 1600 mm and a stacking height of 1300 mm. Confirm permissible roll weight, supplied handling equipment and site access separately.
The YD workflow guide separates roll handling, feeding, positioning, cutting and delivery. Loading, setup and maintenance must follow the supplied manual and site safety procedures; this article is an application-planning guide, not an operating procedure.
